The Considered Choice

SpecificationsBurnside : Aberdeen

There are four house styles to choose from at Burnside. Outside and inside, their specification is of the highest quality and incorporates many up to date design features.

The layout of some homes is designed to make the most of natural sunlight, with south facing rear gardens and heavily used rooms like kitchens and family rooms sharing this aspect.

In the early stages of construction, Burnside offers you the opportunity to personalise your new home with various upgrades. These include coving and cornicing, upgrades to the interior doors, lighting options and more.

Modern fitted kitchens

Your new home will include a built-in stainless steel electric oven, gas hob, extractor hood and integrated fridge freezer. You’ll have a choice of kitchen cabinets, work surfaces and kitchen tiles. Utility rooms will be fitted out to match your kitchen choices.

Stylish designer bathrooms

Your choice of bathroom, cloakroom and en suite come from a contemporary sanitary ware range. You can also choose from a modern selection of bathroom tiles. In addition to the shower cubicle in your en-suite, the bath in your bathroom can be upgraded to include a thermostatically controlled flexible shower kit and screen.

Windows and doors

Double glazed windows are fitted as standard. Windows and French style doors are high performance white uPVC. External doors are painted in a traditional style and feature chrome finish ironmongery. Some external doors will have a glass panel.

Interior Decor

All walls, except bathroom and kitchen walls, which are partially tiled, will be finished in gardenia, with ceilings finished in white. There will be ample power sockets in each room, and TV/satellite and telephone points where appropriate. There are shaver points in all bathrooms and en-suites and central ceiling light pendants in all rooms.
