The bathrooms and en suites are from a range which is contemporary in appearance with appropriate style fitments. You can choose from a selection of quality Porcelanosa tiles for both. Again, upgrades are available.

All rooms will be painted with two coats of white emulsion to walls and ceilings and white satin finish to all internal facings and skirting boards. All internal doors will be flush white painted with chrome ironmongery and some wardrobes will have sliding mirror doors.

Windows are acoustic double glazed high-performance tilt and turn timber painted and the main entrance doors to shared halls and stairwells are to be painted timber with chrome ironmongery.

There will be sensor lighting in the staircases and a security entrance door system to each apartment.

Access road and parking areas will be a mix of paviours and/or tarmacadam with external lighting to illuminate footpaths and parking areas. There is also a shared bicycle store and refuse storage areas.

Each apartment will be allocated a car parking space, excluding the studio and we will appoint a factor to manage the development for a three-year period from completion.
