We have been building luxury homes across Scotland since our formation in 1990 in Aberdeenshire. Our aim at Scotia is to provide excellence in every aspect of house design and build, exceeding the expectations of our customers. We have come a long way since the 23 homes we built in 1990 and now complete more than 350 homes across Scotland every year.

We have developed a reputation as one of Scotland’s most respected residential builders, where our fresh design approach meets a classic build process. In recent years we have expanded into the central belt and now create exceptional homes in and around Aberdeen, Brechin, Dundee, Kirkcaldy, Edinburgh, Peterhead, Inverness and Perth.

Our aim by 2010 is to continually increase business by taking completions to more than 500 properties a year, with a combined turnover exceeding £100 million. Key development sites are now in place throughout Scotland to ensure choice and availability for our customers.
