Bringing village life to the Bridge of Don

The Dubford development is now being designed. We’re consulting with the community to ensure that our design for Dubford is the best it can be, suiting the location and delivering everything a good development should. It will be located right on the edge of the Bridge of Don, at the gateway to Aberdeen from the north. It's only seven miles from Aberdeen Railway Station and the City Centre, yet surrounded by the countryside and Periwinnes Moss with the sea only a short walk away.
Below you can download the draft Charette report produced in 2009 from the work we carried out at our previous workshop. This document will be refined and used to help draw up a planning application for our Dubford development.
