New homes enhanced by the natural environment

Hamilton Gardens blends the countryside and modern living. This development uses open space, a tree-lined avenue, paths and a water feature to link the new homes with the surrounding countryside.

Open, green space, footpaths, landscaping, trees and shrubs will give the development a contemporary yet natural feel. With existing housing to the south and Findrassie Wood to the north, the development will act as a natural progression from established housing to open countryside.

Hamilton Gardens will be a mixture of privately owned homes and affordable housing. In total, 435 new homes will be built by two developers – offering a choice of different house styles, from two bedroom terraced to five bedroom detached on the 51 acre (20.6 ha) site.

Situated at the north-west of the town, Hamilton Gardens is only a short journey to the centre of town, where frequent bus and train services link you with Aberdeen and Inverness.
