Location and Access

Hamilton Gardens lies at the north-west edge of Elgin, only a 15-minute walk to the town centre and within easy access to the main routes to Inverness and Aberdeen. A regular bus service to Elgin and further afield passes through the site.

Footpath routes will create links with established housing to the south of Hamilton Gardens.

Road access to the east of the development crosses the village pond, providing an unusual and interesting entrance. From the village green, visitors can enjoy excellent views towards Lossiemouth and the sea.

The tree-lined central route links the development from east to west, providing access to the smaller parks and open spaces across the development. There will be opportunities for walking and cycling, within the site and a four-mile cycle route to Lossiemouth.
