Scotia Homes was formed in 1990, in Aberdeenshire. We’ve come a long way since then.
Every aspect of Scotia townbuilding is done to help you live your life. Community consultation, planning, design, build and individual touches included. 
We’ve gained an enviable reputation, with recognition from the NHBC (the standard-setting body for new homes in the UK) and design awards.
Our main geographical area is from Inverness down to the River Tay. Plus we’ve developed in central Scotland, including Edinburgh and the Lothians. Our interest in land for future developments extends to Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Perth and the Border Towns.
We work closely with The Prince’s Foundation for the Built Environment. This is an educational charity, which aims to improve quality of life – by teaching and making practical ecological ways of planning, designing and building.
