STEP 1 - Ask for a free no-obligation Spring appraisal from one of our Sales Advisors.
STEP 2 - Spring will book two independent estate agents to value your property.
STEP 3 - An indicative offer is made based on these valuations. If accepted, a formal RICS* survey is arranged.
STEP 4 - A formal offer is made following RICS* survey results. If you accept offer, our specialist solicitors will begin your Spring sale.
STEP 5 - Spring will give you £750 towards your legal fees.
STEP 6 - You are free to move in as little as 7 days, or on a date of your choice.
Chain Repair
