Scotia Homes are delighted to be bringing forward proposals for a mixed use development incorporating, associated infrastructure, open space and landscaping at Cromleybank Farm, South Road, Ellon

We are pleased to conduct this consultation event so that we can facilitate further discussion on options for the proposed development to be considered by Aberdeenshire Council in due course.

The next consultation event will be held on Thursday the 16th of October 2025 from 3.30-7pm at Community Room 2, Ellon Academy Community Campus, Kellie Pearl Way, Ellon, AB41 8LF.

A further event will be taking place on Thursday the 30th of October from 3.30-7pm at Community Room 2, Ellon Academy Community Campus, Kellie Pearl Way, Ellon, AB41 8LF.

An online feedback form is now available to complete and we ask that comments be submitted by Thursday the 13th of November 2025.

We would encourage all those with an interest to provide their feedback for consideration and to inform any further consultation in respect of the development.
