Moving into your new home is an exciting time. As your home adjusts to being lived in, you may notice small changes as it naturally settles and dries out. This is completely normal and is a natural part of owning a new build home. Find out more in your NHBC Homeowners Information Guide. The information below will help you understand what to expect during your first few months in your new Scotia home.
