Crudie Farm

Welcome to Scotia Homes’ consultation event for the Phase 2 element of the proposed residential development on land at Crudie Farm, Arbroath. We are keen to hear the views of local people to ensure the development benefits the local community.

Scotia Homes are underway with Phase 1 Aberfell, this next phase focuses on the West of the site and this is the first public consultation for the proposed phase 2 - Aberfell.

We were therefore pleased to conduct this consultation event so that we could facilitate further discussion on options for the proposed development to be considered by Highland Council and the CNPA in due course.

The consultation event took place on Thursday 15th February 2024 from 1530hrs to 1900hrs at Red Castle Room, Arbroath Football Club, Gayfield Park, Arbroath, DD11 1QB.
