NHBC Warranty
NHBC, the National House Building Council, is the standard-setting body and leading warranty and insurance provider for new and newly converted homes in the UK.
Its purpose is to raise house building standards to protect homeowners and it has been at the heart of improving house building standards for eight decades.

New Homes Quality Code (NHQC)
The New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the quality of new homes and customer service provided by developers.
As part of our mission to improve industry standards, we oversee the New Homes Ombudsman Service to ensure developers fulfil the requirements of the New Homes Quality Code (NHQC), which aims to deliver fair outcomes for buyers.
By championing quality new homes and better consumer outcomes, we can help to create a housebuilding sector that benefits all.
