We are pleased to announce Scotia Homes were awarded the top accolade following a review from a panel of judges of leading industry experts at the 16th
annual Scottish Home Awards.
The prestigious industry awards, sponsored by Ross & Liddell, honours excellence and celebrates the achievements of the housing and new build sector each year. Finalists came together in Glasgow on Thursday night to mark their success thus far and anxiously await their categories’ results, all in hope of taking top spot.
The panel saw over 140 entries across 19 categories, including Starter Home of the Year, Residential Letting Team of the Year and Housing Association of the Year to name a few.
Scotia Homes received the highest award for Housing Development of the Year (Large Private Sale) for its contemporary development in Croy, Highwood.
Housing Development of the Year (Large Private Sale) Sponsored by NHBC
From Edinburgh to Bishopton, Banchory to East Lothian and beyond, the likes of Stewart Milne Homes, Living by Robertson and Barratt Homes were also finalists in this category. The Highwood development in Croy secured the win due to its design, features, specifications, materials, energy efficiency and sales and marketing activity.
From safe walking routes to schools to intimate enclosed streets reducing vehicle speeds, retaining open spaces and providing wildlife habitat enhancing the biodiversity in the local area, the roads and paths have been carefully designed and considered to ensure space for community activity, knitting the new neighourhood into the village of Croy.
Highwood is an award-winning development at the recent Homes for Scotland Awards 2023 for Medium Development of the Year. It is a contemporary collection of 3 and 4 bedroom homes on the outskirts of Inverness, where a new build home could be yours from £249,950. Click here to find out more about Highwood.
Huge congratulations to the other Scottish Home Awards winners.
