The development not only brings 168 new homes to the area, it also features over 14,400m2 of community facilities in the form of sports pitches. Each home will feature smeg kitchen appliances, including built-in stainless steel electric oven, electric induction hob, recirculating extractor hood (in some cases this function will be built into the hob), integrated dishwasher and either a tall integrated fridge/freezer or separate built under fridge and freezer, depending on individual layouts.
