How do I Refer a Friend?

Referring someone to Scotia Homes is really easy - just three simple steps:

1. Fill out your details on this voucher or download a digital voucher below

2. Your friend fills out their details and passes the completed voucher on to Scotia on their first visit.

3. They complete the purchase on their new Scotia home and you get £500 M&S voucher!

Before taking your first steps to your £500 voucher, you need to be at least 18 years old and you’ll need to have purchased a property from Scotia Homes in the past 12 months.

1. To claim your voucher, this form must be completed in full, signed by all parties and given to the Sales Adviser on your friend’s first visit. 2. The £500 voucher will be paid to the named referrer only upon legal completion of the homebuyer’s purchase. 3. A referral will only qualify for Refer a Friend if your friend reserves a new home within 90 days of the referral and subsequently goes on to complete the purchase. 4. You can make up to 3 referrals in any 30 day period. At the time of the referral, your friend must not have already been recommended by anyone else or had any interaction with Scotia Homes previously. In the event of the completion not taking place due to either party pulling out for any reason the money will not be awarded. 5. Please allow 30 days after the completion date for receipt of the voucher. 6. Only one Refer a Friend details voucher can be used per home purchase. 7. Referral fees can not be applied retrospectively. 8. By providing us with your contact details you agree that we will use your personal data to administer Refer a Friend - for instance to post any referral fee to you. 9. You also consent to us using your personal data to contact you with information about our products and services. Your friend’s (the referred) details to Scotia Homes must be completed by the referred. Subject to Scotia Homes’ standard terms and conditions. 10. This scheme is only available to UK residents over the age of 18. This scheme is not available to employees of Scotia Homes, any person connected or related to such an employee, Scotia Homes’ agents or any person either connected professionally with this offer or acting in a business capacity. 11. The reward is not exempt from income tax or capital gains tax. The recipient of the voucher is responsible for declaring and paying any tax that may be due on this payment. 12. The Refer a Friend scheme can not be used with any other offer. Scotia Homes reserves the right to withdraw the Refer a Friend scheme at any time.
